Q) What is your price for oil?
A) Prices for oil change daily and in severe situations can change hourly. Please call (718) 585-6200 to get up-to-the-minute pricing.
Q) What is lock pricing, and do you offer it on fuel oil?
A) A lock price is a set price given to a customer. If the market price goes up or down, the customer will still be charged the one set agreed lock price. Yes, we do offer lock pricing during the months of October through March. If you are interested in locking in a price, please contact our office at (718) 585-6200.
Q) Do you offer boiler repair service?
A) Yes, but only to our steady current oil customers. If you are not an oil customer we will not service your boiler.
Q) Do you replace boilers and burners?
A) Yes, we replace only fuel oil boilers and burners of all grades and dual fuel burners. For free estimates please call or email us with your name, address, phone number, type of building (example: 2 family) and the availability for access to look at your system. We do not give phone estimates.
Q) How can I pay for oil or service?
A) You can pay by cash, credit card over the phone, or certified check prior to or upon delivery. Sorry, no personal or company checks can be accepted unless a credit application is completed and approved. Once approved, you may pay by check and you can be billed. To apply for credit call or email us and we will forward a personal or corporate credit application. Please specify which.
Q) Which credit cards do you accept?
A) Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or MasterCard logo.
Q) When should I place my order?
A) Please call 24 hours before for next day's delivery. If you call before 10:00 a.m. and no later than 12:00 p.m., we may be able to accommodate you the same day. The earlier you call, the better the possibility for same-day delivery. For areas outside the Bronx, the delivery schedules will vary. We deliver to Queens and Brooklyn on Thursdays only. For lower Westchester, we deliver on Tuesdays and sometimes Fridays. Delivery days may vary.
Q) Do you offer automatic deliveries?
A) Yes, we offer automatic deliveries for those customers who have a completed and approved credit application or credit card authorization on file. These customers do not have to call for their oil. We will deliver your oil according to the weather and our sophisticated computer system.
